Once you have that clarity, nearly every situation becomes testing ground and you need someone who is unbiased and able to help you think things through. Being intentional about cultivating your values-grounded leadership style enables you to lean into your strengths, cultivate trust with your team, and have both clarity and social capital to rely on in difficult situations.
